I have been an athlete my whole life. Sport gave me structure, identity, and a way to test myself. After a full shoulder reconstruction, I had to rebuild, and that is when I found endurance sport and fell for triathlon: the challenge, the grind, and the lessons that come from both the breakthroughs and the setbacks.
Within three years of starting, I was training alongside elite competitors in Western Canada, racing internationally, and finishing among the top of the field against thousands of athletes. I have raced as a beginner, as an injured athlete clawing my way back, and as a competitor chasing the front. I know what each of those stages asks of you.
I founded Forge Endurance to give athletes the structure, support, and belief I wish I had earlier, at any point in their journey. Right now I am rebuilding my own training around a recent medical diagnosis while still chasing professional-level racing, so I am living the work alongside you, not just prescribing it.
